BOARD OF DIRECTOR POSITIONS
- At the annual meeting of even years (example 2024) the president and the 2nd & 4th Directors shall be elected by the members present for a 2-year term.
- At the annual meeting of odd years (example 2025) the secretary/treasurer and the 1st & 3rd & 5th directors shall be elected by the members present for a 2-year term.
- A quorum of 5 general members and a majority of the board of directors is required for a majority vote.
